Hey everybody on WUISM... let me remind you'll that you all are doing a fantastic job by giving suggestions for the school improvement. Let me tell you that it is appreciated by many people which you may not be aware of. You'll have posted a lot in the other threads but this is a special one.
The Suggestion Box was recently put up in the senior school and outside the School Office. I wish to make you all aware that this box IS NOT OPENED BY THE A.V.P, NOR THE V.P. OR THE PRINCIPAL but by The Committee Members only and every, believe every single suggestion that you'll write is reviewed and taken into consideration. I would be glad, if you'll could come up with really good suggestion, practical ones and post them here, because these will be directly taken up in a "big meeting" with the authorities. And please do not think that this will be forgetten. Please come regularly to me to ask what action was taken.
Please note the following:
All the posts in this thread should be well written in formal language with no foul words, or something which should not be written.
No one will be replying to suggestions put up here, even if they are disliked because an unedited copy of this webpage will be put forward.
Be productive, becaue you'll trust me.

1. I feel the uniforms for girls are a little kiddish. The middle school also wear almost the same thing. Cant we have a shirt & a pleated skirt & tie??
2. Also, something should be done about the basketball court.
3. We should have a tennis court not in the ISC but for the school.

1. Canteen should have a bit more variey in what they offer. SOmetimes the food is very stale and also stink. There must at least be Pocari or Ice Tea sold in the canteen as juices gets boring and also dosent intrest all
2.Sport Shoes could be allowed during P.E periods as it some of the White shoes are very uncomfortable and can prove disastrous for recreation and they are even harder to find in the market. sport shoes give us comfort and restrictions can be put on the kind of sport shoes such as white with minimum stripes and no fancy footwear.
3. Grass Field has been suggested by many before..but if it is not possible there is also an option for artificial grass which is as effective.
4. Ties to be introduced. even if there are complaints it is very hot i would like to remind that most of the time students are indoors with A/C's working. SO there neednt be any problem. this adds charachter to the uniform and a students personality along with a widely accepted uniform code. The ties could be taken off after skool, during recess, Morning assemblies, P.E periods or any other outdoor activities.
5.Inter House system needs to be changed drastically.
6.Introduction of Games such Hockey, Skating and Tennis and Kabaddi since these are also games which are played at the C.B.S.E national level
7. Air conditioners of a few third floor classes need to be Serviced very thouroughly as they dont seem to wprk at all. Hindi Wing classes alongwith the computer lab our very badly affected with Air condioner problems
8. Whatsupism.com should be given official "ISM students Portal" status
Lockers can be introduced, would save the trble of carrying all books home and back to skool the next morning besides students wont have a reason not to bring books. the lockers could be put up in each classroom since they are quite big

i wuz jus brushin thru sum suggestions n it is amazin 2 see so many gud suggestions especially a couple of ameens suggestions are really good..... in fact the one about the interhouse thing is most probably will be put into practice frm next year.
but the sugges.. 1..bout da grass on the field is impractical even artificial coz its maintenance is damn tough , n personally i feel that it will jus giv way 2 many more problems......
2. assemblies.... well guys this too has been discussed but to be honest the time in may n sept is reduced drastically n it is a very important thing... the basic reason y v hav assemb is to show 1 united ism 2 every1 n i thing v all shld b k wid it jus 4 10 min atleast
3. the suggestions bout the lockers n pools is brilliant but impractical to be honest.... guys u gimme a place where u can build a pool..... 4 buildin da new hall it took so much of time.... i still dunno weder my lil sis in 7th can hav her farewell der or not!!!!!!!
4.bout da uniform .... guys its nice 2 hav ties n all but tell me how many ppl will wear em properly n wid a simple uniform der is so much of trouble any modifications might worsen it but still dos r my views but yeah ties will look great!!!!
guys see i wanna absolutely clear a thing!!!!!!! there r various things said bout da council members n all n i jus wanna say dat........ mayb sum members mightv been rude n all n shown off but da things dat this council has done n will do in the recent future will be different and great.u dunno but 4 a fact at times v sacrifice our free time for u guys n dats wat is our job... the thing bout mindin u guys is sumthin v r forced 2 do...... n yea wid great power comes great responsibility........ attitude for others duty for us..... pleassssssse giv ur suggestionsss .... vll be grateful
i got just one thing to say....where there r rulz....there will always be ppl breaking the rulz.or grumbling about the rulz.and ppl who are not happy with the rulz...ppl who just dont bother with them.it goes with the territorry. bt the skul does make many allowances and thats gud.
hey dont you guys think that while the examinations the bags should be kept inside the class only ?? the last time they had done this but today's examination they didnt....
wel ithink its pointless suggestion..keeping the bags outside or inside..in any case we wotn be able to refer to them u kno..so no use bringing "drastic" changes
i wus just wondering if we could submit suggesstions regarding academics...i mean about the way the school is awarding internal evaluation marks etc for the boards and all???
no the thing is not of copying but of safety...... n then the kicking n all stuff outside..... not nw but atleast this can be looked upon further
