It started at 6 (thu) wen me,shahid,alistor,jason...were goin to al-khuwair..Actually me n jason had to go for a bday party. n were goin by taxi but we jus got a lift..At around 6 it wasnt raining so much jus drizziling..At around 6.20 we were at the qurum highway which goes to al-khuwair highway next to rose garden..Suddenly we saw a line of cars starting from qurum till beginning of new highway(4 tracks-Al Khuwair)We thought it would get cleared we waited in the car only..the car jus moved once in 15 min..At around 7 we thought of cumin out of the car everyone started to come out of thier cars...We walked n we jus saw that the whole highway was submerged in water many cars were into the water hardly being seen..on 1 side it started to ran little by little...We had no chance to go anywhere excape to wait..On the other side we saw the other highway next to sultan centre..kfc that area there was no street lights...N all cars were into water...The whole rose garden was submerged into water atlast slowly we reached al-khuwair at around 9...We went to frends place...N then we started to go bck to home at 10..we reached at 12:30..in the morning After leavin 1 of my frends..I guess mct is not prepared for such kind of rains...I dunt think this rains are 1% of those compared to bombay rains...Luckily we had not gone to al-khuwair by taxi or we would have been stuck next to sultan centre highways where the condition was worst..Some of our frends had come by cab..N they were stuck out there...I have taken some videos...Wen we were stranded..Lets try to upload it..
